Northern Midlands Medical Services (incorporating Longford Medical Centre and Perth Doctors Surgery) serves the people of Northern Midlands and surrounding areas.
We are an AGPAL accredited practice and a proud award-winning practice. The practice has Distribution Priority Area status and can accept doctors through the More Doctors for Rural Australia Program
Both branches have multiple consulting and nurses rooms, and are fully computerised.

Failure to attend appointments
Did you know Northern Midlands Medical Services have a fee for patients who fail to attend appointments? This fee will be $40.00 per single appointment and must be paid before the next appointment.
