Northern Midlands Medical Services (incorporating Longford Medical Centre and Perth Doctors Surgery) serves the people of Northern Midlands and surrounding areas.
We are an AGPAL accredited practice and a proud award-winning practice. The practice has Distribution Priority Area status and can accept doctors through the More Doctors for Rural Australia Program
Both branches have multiple consulting and nurses rooms, and are fully computerised.

Farewell Dr Sultana
This week will be Dr Sultana's last week with us here at NMMS. It has been wonderful having her as part of the team. We wish her all the best as she continues her GP Training.
Dr Hamilton going on Holiday Leave!
Just wanted to let all our patients know that Dr Hamilton will be going on holiday leave from Monday 10th July and returning on Wednesday 19th July. If you are coming up due for repeat prescriptions please call the surgery on 63911170 to organise a repeat script phone appointment with Dr Hamilton before he commences leave.
