Our practice is a general practice providing booked appointments only. We are not a walk-in or urgent care service, and we are not able to accommodate unscheduled presentations.

Attending the clinic without an appointment does not guarantee that you will be seen.

To provide safe and appropriate care, all patients must book an appointment in advance. This ensures our doctors have the time required to properly assess and manage your health concerns.

If you attend without an appointment, our team will assess whether your concern is urgent and: offer the next available appointment, or direct you to a more appropriate service, such as an urgent care clinic or Emergency Department.
